What's this? Did the chickens get in the house and lay their eggs on the counter? Did my Kitchen Aid mixer go on a revolt and the eggs were the victims? Was I looking away when I added the eggs to the cake batter? No, a little "Gardner" gnome climbed up on a stool...
...and had his way with the eggs. He discovered they are cold and hard, that they make a funny sound when slammed down on the counter, and run all over the place. Now how could I get upset with a face like that! That's what I get for not getting the eggs washed and put in the fridge right a way. Life on the farm does have some "eggciting" moments!
