One of our family traditions is to make a gingerbread house. Since my kids are little and I feel crazy busy all the time I just buy a pre-made kit. You can find them at many different stores. I have bought mine at Costco and Walmart for about $7-10. They are not as elaborate as homemade, but the kids love it anyway. Someday, when they are older I will try my hand at making one from scratch.
The best part is sneaking a candy or two off the gingerbread house like Hansel and Gretal!
