The other day the kids were perusing a Martha Stewart fun food for kids book and came across mini hot dogs for a lunch idea. Of course they wanted it right then for lunch and I didn't have time to make it like Martha. (I am so not in the Martha league right now in my life) So we improvised and created own very own dog bites. We cut up the hot dog bun and hot dog in thirds. Put them in a cupcake paper and voila, we have a super fun kid lunch! It cracks me up when you make anything small for kids, they think it is the greatest thing since sliced bread!
