There are not specifics on amounts, just make as much or as little as your family will eat.Fry up your sausage and hashbrowns in separate pans until fully cooked. You can be making the gravy at the same time. I cheat and use a country gravy packet instead of making it from scratch. After the sausage and hashbrowns are cooked completely combine in one large pan and pour scrambled eggs over the top.
